Which exam should I appear for, IELTS or TOEFL? What should be my preparation strategy for SAT exam?

I want to pursue B.Tech in CSE or IT in USA.

Go for TOEFL and get a score of at least 110 to be considered in the top universities. Rather than taking SAT you should go for ACT which is equally acceptable as SAT in all Universities. The format of SAT has recently changed and hence there are not many resources to prepare.

TOEFL applies for studying un US..while IELTS is for other countries..so u shd go for TOEFL
