Which exam should I take for pursuing MS abroad with a full scholarship?

According to me, taking IELTS exam and scoring well in it can get you a good scholarship. Achieving more than 85% in IELTS and TOEFL gives you a good scholarship, however, you also need to have a good academic score too, generally more than 75%. The amount or percentage of scholarship depends upon the university. Some universities may provide up to 80% of scholarship and also a job in the university itself like a research fellow or a lab assistant, etc. Recently, my friend got the admission in Texas University and he got 80% of scholarship, he secured 89% in IELTS and 82% in his academics.
