Which exam should I take for pursuing MS or MBA abroad?

You need to take GMAT/GRE and language proficiency test TOFEL. Colleges accepting GRE score are more as compared to GMAT. Most US universities accept GRE scores.

Hi Nilesh, For MS, you need to give GRE and for English proficiency, you are suppose to write TOEFL for USA admits or IELTS may be required for any other country. For MBA, you have to give GMAT and accordingly English proficiency exams.
