Which exam should I take to get admission in IIST?

I will complete PUC in 2020.I have heard that there will be one exam like NEET for engineering therefore help me.

    Candidates, who are desirous to join B.Tech program in IIST must appear for Joint Entrance Examination Main conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi to qualify themselves to appear for Joint Entrance Examination Advanced, which is conducted by IITs and secure the minimum prescribed category wise marks in JEE Advanced.
