Which exam should I write to join Masters in healthcare management from Harvard University? Can I know about fee structure & scholarships?

Another option may be MPH course from John's Hopkins University. They have collaboration with Indian universities. The admission is through JHU and degree is also from them. The course offered in India is economically better. -
The exam name is SAT. The deadline for the application is 1st week of November.
