Which exam to give for joining defence as engineer not as officer

    Hello Chinmey,
    You have to be an officer being an engineer in defense. After class 12th, you should apply for NDA entry conducted by UPSC twice a year. For more information refer www.ssbcrack.com
    Moreover, you can also apply for Graduate entries.

    Engineer is officer grade only. The exam which u may appear are CDS (army, airforce, navy), AFCAT(air force). Indian navy also conducts exam for engineering trade. Navy has highest inception of engineers. All the best. .
