Which exams do I need to write for the same? I am currently working in an MNC & want to pursue 1-year full-time MBA after 5 years from now.

If you intend to pursue full-time MBA in India then you should appear for CAT. An alternative is to pursue executive MBA wherein you need not leave your job and the duration would be for about 16-18 months.
