Each participating institute release its own ATMA cutoff. The ATMA cutoff determines if the candidate will be eligible to appear for the ATMA selection process which includes Group Discussion and Personal Interviews. The following are the various factors that determine the ATMA cutoff:
1. Marking scheme of the exam
2. The difficulty level of the exam
3. Number of students appearing for the exam
4. Seats offered by the participating institutes
5. Previous years' cutoff trends
6. Reservation policy of institutes
7. The lowest and average marks scored by the candidates in the exam. -
