which field either software or hardware is good for my career?

am doin 3rd year btech(70%),here am confused to choose which field either software or hardware is good for my career n i've no much core knowledge..but i heard software is hard to do..can i have ur wise ans plz?

Since you are from the Engg. background both the areas are good in their own aspects. Both the areas have good scope. It depends on what area you are interested in. First of all I would like to suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear your fundamental concepts. It should not be lik
