Which field has a better scope among Master in architecture or Master in civil engineering after completing B.Tech in civil engineering?

There is a lot of opportunities for both Architecture and Civil fields. They are two different courses all together though the outlook of both may seem the same.

Only planning is allowed for civil engineering students that is the branch of Architectural engineering.
