Which field has a better scope among Masters in architecture or Masters in civil engineering after completing B.Tech in civil engineering?

Hello, A civil engineer with a Bachelors in civil would not qualify for Masters in architecture since Council of Architecture specifies that an architect with Bachelors in architecture can only pursue Masters in architecture. So, a Masters in civil engineering is advisable.

As per eligibility criteria laid down by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE, MHRD) for Masters in architecture, you need to be passed your graduation from architecture field and not from any other. This makes you restrict for going to do M.Arch after doing B.Tech in civil eng

After completing civil engineering, one can go for various other courses such as M.Tech in civil engineering, MBA. But M.Arch programme is open to those with B.Arch degrees, B.Planning or equivalent degrees. So a civil engineer can go for M.Tech, not M.Arch but if some student is more interested in

After completing BE, one can pursue PG or Masters in engineering. I don't think one is eligible for Masters in architecture.
