MBA is definitely is superior than graduation. It opens numerous options of career for you. Even after completing B.Tech you can go for MBA and this will help you to move up in the hierarchy of your organisation. Any time in your career you need to manage a group of people, so after having technical skills (B.Tech) MBA will enhance your skills and will be more valuable than the former.
