Which field has better career prospects among mathematics and physics?

Both could lead you into exciting careers depending on how good you are and how good you are at implementing your knowledge. For some jobs, physicists with a solid mathematical background is very valuable, and if you decide you want to pursue theoretical physics, you'll find that you need most of the classes with math major anyway. You'll find a better job market for math outside of academia. Physics is mostly done in academia. However, they are both great career prospectives. It depends on your research interests. There are significant opportunities for both majors in engineering fields, whether it is computer programming, satellites, Government acquisition, or even Military. Regards.
