Which field has better career prospects: technical or management?

Education - Diploma in Mechanical Engineer and have Bachelor of Science Experience - total 15 years, Sr.Engineer-Team leader from past 6 years. Job activities - 50 % technical and 50% Management Age - 40 yrs.

Hello Rajendra, Both field have better career prospects. Selecting a particular field is based on your interest and liking. If you have interest in technical field, you can opt technical field. I f you have interest in management you can opt management. Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
