Which field has better job scope among engineering and general gradation degree?

Jobs are there in every field but the thing they need skill. If you are an engineer you must be from IIT or NIT or any reputed college of country. If you wanna get good job. Otherwise, you have to hustle a lot on making your self skillful and eligible for a good job.
