Well, we can't compare engineering to medical or vice versa. From your question, I think you are quite young. Decide by yourself what fascinates you more. Do some self-interpretation. Soon you will get to find what field suits you. Don't choose anything until you are sure.
The medical field is very tough, but it can be done. But engineering is comparatively easier. Be determined before doing anything.

It is not an easy questions to answer. As we all say about engineer that engineers are most unemployed degree holders but its not true fact. There are lots of good engineers currently working in very good technologies. I would prefer to go with engineering. Please feel free to Revert.

Medical and engineering both have sufficient scope to give you good job, so it depends on your interests as what you are good at.

It totally depends on you that which field attracts you, in which field you are interested? Both have ample opportunities and scope in the upcoming future and in present also, it is just that how you perform. Both the fields are further divided into parts and sub-parts so, you can't just conclude engineering or medical in a line or a para. You need to find your interest and area of scope and work accordingly.

It is not a good thing to compare two different streams but technically speaking the truth is that there are a lot of engineers in India now who are jobless, but there is a less number of qualified doctors in India and medical field will have scope all the time.

The choice is yours, choose the way your heart wants. But you can go for medical according to my opinion if you care about people. And if you like designing and creating things then you should go for engineering.

Medical field has comparatively good scope, but engineering field is all about how you utilize your study, so it also depends on the student.
