Which field has more opportunities- engineering or animation?

    Hi Arghasree, Engineering and Animation, both the courses are technical have their own benefits, pros and cons.
    Where Animation opens doors to creative avenues, Engineering gives you unlimited opportunities, and number of courses to choose as per your interest.
    I would suggest you to go for the course you think you want to pursue.
    If you want to go for animation, look out for good designing institutes. Since I belong to engineering background, I can suggest you that if you go for engineering you can go for Engineering in Cloud Computing, Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication or Automotive Design Engineering.

    Being an Engineer makes the way to Animation Industry much easier as compared to other degree holder.
    Since you are interested in Animation let me explain some related facts.
    Animation industry in India is estimated to grow at a CAGR of 27% to reach USD 1163 million by 2012. (As reported by NASSCOM)
    Generally people think Animation leads to Gaming and Cartoon etc. But apart from them Animation industry also includes entertainment, E-education, web designing visual communication, medical and defense.
