There is a little programming involved but not much. CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. It has a lot of logic involved and Maths too. Well, ECE or CSE has almost the same scope in their respective industries. Most of the companies have job profile for both of ECE and CSE, ask for diverse elements like AI, IOT, Cloud and SAP. The more you get certified, the more your value increases but again it needs much of the efforts and skills. Go for top universities like SRM University, Lovely Professional University and Amity University where you can learn not just B.Tech but also non-technical skills.

It's highly recommended for you to go for CSE. CSE is having a good scope. You can find multiple of openings in CS branch, where it is not possible for an ECE student to get a job easily. Best of luck.
