Which field is better after B.Com- MBA or banking (government) and why?
I am doing B.Com final year.

if u r in hurry nd in quick need for job then after bcom u prepare for banking otherwise MBA with finance is good choice.

see it depends on your requirement how much in need of job u r. Generally MBA is better bcoz after it you have many doors open for job opportunities Bcom is just a Bachlor degree. If u prepare well and work hard you will get success.

MBA would prove to be good as it would open the scope of jobs in several fields for you. Banking would prove to be better if you need to get into a job right away. I would suggest MBA with specialization in Banking & Finance as it would serve both purposes for you - getting MBA degree and hoping fo

MBA from a well-reputed institute will only provide you with a good placement and a great salary package. If you manage to get into a top institute, it will be your dream come true, else MBA from any other institute is not desirable owing to present state.

Hello dear,
If you are in great need of job, you should start preparing for your banking exams. But, if you want to get high package salary, you should be quite patient and complete MBA which helps in getting your desired status.
Also, it gives uh wider choice after MBA in any field.

MBA is Better If u Are Interested In Handling Business Organization. MBA has wider scope ie U can do Mba in various Field with nice package. and If U are interested in doing Job then u can continued with Banking.
