All the three subjects have better job scope, but it depends upon you which subject is being liked by you. Like, if you are interested in geography then Cartography, Survey, Urban and Regional Planning, Geospatial Analyst, Climate Change Analysis, with a starting salary INR 2.35lacs PA to INR 6.5 LP

The word 'scope' is relative to different people's perspectives. So, if you want an academic career, then all the subjects are suitable, considering you opt for a Ph.D in either subject.
