Which field is better among MBA and MS?
I have 3 years of experience in non-technical field.

Both these options have pros and cons. MBA will make you a generalist but perhaps will take you top position. MS on the contrary will make you Excel technically. I feel with your non-technical experience, you should go for MBA only.
