Which field is better B.Tech in cloud technology and information security or B.Tech in computer science and engineering?

I would suggest you to go with cloud technology and information because it has better scope then CS in future. Cloud computing is an information technology (IT) paradigm that enables ubiquitous access to shared pools of configurable system resources and higher-level services that can be rapidly provisioned with minimal management effort, often over the internet. -
Both the field has good scope. Only some subjects are different. The cloud technology is better, in this you will study vastly about cloud, and it's services. Whereas, in B.Tech, there is only in a semester.
I think, you should go for cloud technology.
