Hi,
Both are different as BCA (Bachelors of Computer Application ) is mainly targeted for programming applications and have no other branches as far I know but B.Sc (Bachelors of Science) have many branches like B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc CS B.Sc IT, B.Sc Bio, B.Sc Math etc. You can choose B.Sc IT or B.
