Which field is better for MBA in arts?

    Hi Junaid,
    In my opinion, the MBA specialisation should be chosen based on 2 attributes. First is your area of interest and second is your capability to excel in that area. Money does matter, but in the long term it won't. Your specialisation will also depend on the electives offered by the college you join. So unless you are joining focused schools that offer degrees in labour management or communications etc., in a general-MBA scenario I say join the programme, and evaluate two things - What you feel passionate about and what you are good at.
