Which field is good biotechnology or B pharm and Why?

I have completed my 12th CBSE with 73%. I have scored 30 in JEE Mains. Now I am planning to go for B pharm or in Biotechnology (Bsc). In future I can go Abroad also.So as a girl in which field I should go so that I can do good job & also earn good money? please suggest me right path or other field.
