Which field is more valuable in MBA (finance, marketing, HR or operations)?

Every field is valuable in MBA whether finance, marketing, HR or operations. It depends on the students in which field they have interest and in which field they want to pursue their career. Each field has its own value. Finance - It allows students to pursue a career dealing with the financial aspects of a business, like risk management, valuation of funds and accounting. Marketing - It provides job prospects in areas such as brand management, advertising, and sales operations, among others. HR - It is responsible to administer the largest capital of an organisation, i.e., human capital. It focuses on practical aspects of employee management including legal, ethical and structural. Operations - It proactively focuses on employee engagement and retention as well as leadership and management strategies.
