    On one hand, a degree in MBA Finance will allow students to pursue a career dealing with the financial aspects of a business, like risk management, valuation of funds and accounting. On the other hand, an MBA in HR is responsible to administer the largest capital of an organisation, I. e. , human capital. I will advice you to choose MBA with HR. MBA in Human Resources is a very demanding profession and the demand is likely to increase over time.     Hi, First of all, both the streams are amazing to follow. You need to find out that which field you are passionate about. If you are amazing in dealing with people then you should go ahead with HR. If you are interested in all the maintaining a companies finances or all the finance related stuff then charge on Finance. In the end, it all depends on your passion and your liking. There is an excellent MBA programme in India I would recommend to you.
