7 years agoAssuming by highest placements, you mean highest salary, companies in consulting and finance domain usually offer the maximum salary. While you can translate directly finance domain to finance field in MBA, consulting requires a holistic outlook of all functions and fields in management. -

It depends from college to college, the college which is famous for HR will get students from HR placed with highest package, but generally the highest number of students placed are from finance and marketing as there are more number of students opting for such specialization and availability of more number of jobs.
