Which field should I choose after completing B.Com in advertising? I think I can do better in advertising field.

I would suggest you to find your interests and talent. If they include things like mass communication, marketing, advertising, creativity then you may opt for MBA. You may also give special attention towards MICAT. MICA, Ahmadabad is the place for you.

You may look for higher studies in advertising field along with a steady search for placement. MBA would have been a better option, but you say it is tough, so it is useless now.
