Which field should i choose after the below status?
i have complete my BBA. Right now i have been working in the rockland hospital in the IT department for 4 years. Now i want to do MBA in Operation management. Should i continue in IT sector or Should i do the operation management or Hospital management. i m in trouble right now.

Let it make it clear Aman that by merely working on computer for billing, inventory entries, salary statement, credits etc do not qualify as IT sector and you are far from it. Fact remains that you are BBA, have 4 years experience and you need to upgrade your education qualification for better job prospective. Accordingly, you must select your MBA specialization according to your interest, exposure and market demand. Operation Management relates to industry/manufacturing sector of which you have no experience but you would be able to relate with Hospital Management due to your work experience. After BBA you are with Hospitals. It is very clear that you should do Hospital Management. -

Choosing a course entirely depends on your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goals.
As far as scope and salary is concerned, it depends on you. If you have interest in the field then you may get promoted and enjoy the benefits of getting promoted with increased salary.
