Which field should I choose, software or teaching?
I have done M.Tech. I am confused.

Software industry is challenging and high paying. Teaching is stable but less paying. Your career choice will depend on your interest. If you are interested in teaching, then i suggest plan to do Phd. Phd is a mandatory qualification for career progression as a teacher.
