    Hi,
    Journalism and engineering both are totally different from each other. It's up to you and your knack and talent, that in which of these both you can make career. Journalism and mass communication is basically huge platform, after completing your UG and PG, you'll get to know and decide, and specifically in which media you can make your career better. There are many platforms in media, like News reporter, Journalist, Radio, Electronic-media/Print media, Ad agencies, and more to go.     Hello Lokesh,
    Being a journalism and mass communication student, I would suggest you to go for Journalism.
    There are number of fields in which you can apply and get easily placed in terms of job.
    However, engineering is also good, but journalism will groom you in less time as well as you will be placed easily and early than that of engineering.
