Which foreign language is in huge demand in BPO sector in India? Is there any educational qualification required to learn foreign language?

In order to work in a BPO sector, you need to be well versed in the English language. There is no specific language which we can consider as it totally depends on the process which a BPO you are planning to work in has. There are 3 types of courses to pursue for a career in foreign languages, ie. , Certificate course, Diploma course and Degree courses. The eligibility for certificate and degree courses is 10+2. In most of the places eligibility for the Diploma course is the certificate course in that language.
