    Hello Yash,
    This institute appears to have mind boggling affiliations with different institutions abroad. One cannot get admission in a university abroad with entrance exam. But one can go abroad as part of the course here. From the webpage and typical wordings, it seems that this university has no recognition from AICTE to run engineering courses.

    IIAE has a tie-up with OTHM and UofA, which allows students transfer their credit hence they can easily go abroad for third year or MS.
