Which good/best B.Arch college will I get with 64% in boards? I belong to OBC category and have above 90 percentile in JEE B.Arch.

Sorry to say that you can't get any college for B.Arch. course through JEE Main with a percentage of 64% in boards. You should have minimum of 75% in boards to be eligible as per NTA JEE Main rules and guidelines.
