Which good college can I get admission for chemical engineering with 138 in JEE and 90%+ in CBSE board exam?

ICT Mumbai. Also NIT Warangal or Trichy. You can go in NIT Jaipur also.You in general so you are not able to get admission.

There are many top colleges for chemical engineering but I would suggest you to opt for ICT, Mumbai as it is the topmost college in India for chemical engineering.
