Which government college can I get for either of the course; SE, Electrical, mechanical, IT, Mathematics and computing?

Students with JEE Main rank 1-10,000  are eligible to receive full tuition fee waiver for four-years at IEM Kolkata. Aspirants must have their scorecard for evaluation purpose.
