Which government college I should choose for B.Tech civil lateral entry: BIT Sindri Dhanbad or Gurunanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana?

It is hard to compare because both are good colleges. But if I were at your place then I will go for BIT-Dhanbad as it has good infrastructure and campus environment.
