Which government college in West Bengal can I opt to pursue engineering with 128 marks in JEE Mains?

If you belong to ST-SC category, you'll easily get into NIT Durgapur. OBC if you are, then also there's a great chance of you getting NIT-D. I don't know whether you'll get it if you're a general category student.
