You need to take a call for the places you want to study at. IIMC and JNU and IP University are good names for Mass Comm in NCR. Amity University Noida is also a good name as a private University. In Mumbai-Pune you have Symbiosis, MIT, etc. There are less government colleges in India. JNU and IIMC
