Which government colleges can I get with a rank of 59920 in JEE Mains from a general category? My home state is Jharkhand, can I get CSE?

Firstly JEE give admission in IITs NITs GFTIs not in state level engineering college. you have to appear in state level entrance exam to get admission in state level college as you are from Jharkhand so it takes its own entrance exam for admission in their own college hope you applied for the same.
