Which government colleges offer aerospace and aeronautical engineering in India at a low fee structure?

I got 3411 rank in JEE Mains under ST category. I have scored an AIR of 202373.

    Hello Bhoopathi, Your query is genuine but answering it is bit tricky. These days perhaps only NIT's & IIT's or CFTI's are the government colleges that accept students on all India basis. Almost no state government allows students of other states to take admission in government or aided private colleges. In addition NIT's & CFTI's do not offer aeronautical engineering branch. So this leaves option of only IIT or your state government college for admission. There is link on Shiksha platform to know government colleges of your state. I would advise you to have a look ATIT then decide.
