    Hello Aniket,
    Your Rank is good. You may get some government Colleges and good private colleges. Use JEE Mains College Predictior for Predicting the Colleges you can get based on your Rank. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
    Also do your research. Take out the list of Colleges you are interested. See there last year Cutoffs. And see can you get Admission in that particular College. Fill Choice Form Properly.

No, candidates need not pay any fees to participate in JEE Adv counselling. However, once the seat is allotted, candidates will need to pay approximately INR 35,000 (less for reserved category) as a seat acceptance fee and around INR 20,000 as partial admission fees. Both these payments are adjusted in the final fee payment of college.
