Unitech, TCS, Wipro, TATA Power in private sector. BSNL, BHEL, GAIL, ONGC in public sector.

The government job options after a Diploma or Polytechnic include junior engineers (JEs), IT assistants, Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) jobs, technicians, clerks, etc. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL), Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL), Railways, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Implantable Intraocular Lens (IPCL), Aside from PSUs, you can also work for Maharatna, Miniratana, and Navratna companies. If you are not interested in government jobs, you may start your own company after Polytechnic and become self-employed.
