Which government or private college can I get through JEE Mains paper-2 with a score of 147? I am an SC candidate.

Congratulations, you have scored quite good marks and you will surely get a seat in one of the NITs. And, NITs have state quota for the students of respective states. So, if you belong to any one of the states, where NITs are situated, then your chances of getting a seat in NIT will be easy.
