    Having 430 NEET scores does not guarantee admission to a government medical institution for an MBBS program. A number of things need to be considered, such as your category (General, SC, ST, OBC, etc.), state, and the particular cut-off patterns for that year.Candidates in the reserved categories (SC, ST, and OBC) have lower cutoffs than those in the general category. The deadlines for state quota seats vary from state to state. Candidates with state residences typically have a higher probability of winning a seat in their home state.
