You've not shared much details about your area of interest so its little tough to guide you. Its always best to select the stream and subjects in which you want to opt for the IAS entrance test and then study them properly to have a 100% command on those subjects. You can choose any course because you need to be graduated to sit in upsc exam.but taking ba hons might help you in your preparation for it.
