Which graduation course should I opt for pursuing MBA: BBA, B.Sc or BCA?
I am from science stream and I don't like maths.

As you do not like maths it will be advisable to go for BBA+MBA as both B.Sc and BCA will have maths as compulsory subjects in their syllabus.
