According to the current scenario Of the World and India, Technology is the best Field. So I will Suggest you to Take B.tech rather Than B.Sc. As you have written in your question Which field will be better in B.tech. If you want to go for Computer science engineering then you will study only about software technology and in IT engineering you will Study about both Hardware and Advanced Software courses. In Electronics and Communication you can go to the both field in electronics department as well as in Networking field. But as I have heard there will be around 20 lacs jobs vacancies in IT sector in India by 2020. So it depends on you
