Engineering courses are good in every term. But try to choose the field in which you have interest and curiosity. Both the courses are good in terms of placement but placement for chemical engineering is better than that of agricultural engineering. In chemical engineering there are private and government jobs whereas in agricultural engineering there are only government jobs. There are few private jobs in agricultural engineering. So agricultural engineering has good scope in government sector. Thus Chemical Engineering is better among these two in terms of Placements.

Agriculture, as well as chemicals both, constitute an essential part of one's life.
One fulfills the necessary food and grains necessary for living whereas the other constituting the products regarding daily care as well in medical purposes.
So both the branches find scope in the current and future world. One cannot distinguish both on the basis of the earnings as it may vary from person to person as well as locality.
Although it depends on person to person that which stream he/she wants to choose and want to pursue his or her career in.
One thing common in both the fields is that they provide a large scope in research.

Agricultural Engineering deals with the various technologies involved in the agriculture. Some of these include harvesting techniques, irrigation, farm management, food processing, solar energy, poultry. In short an agricultural engineer deals with various farm operations.
Chemical engineering deals with the design and operation of the processes involved in the production of various chemicals, foods, drugs (pharma), etc. They optimize the existing processes to maximize the yield of the product, ultimately leading to the betterment of the company economy.
Both of these fields are very good. India is an agrarian (krishipradhan) country, s

There are so many Engineering branches available out there, choosing the right one has become very difficult task for students. Mainly student choose old branch which came since long time but now a days as requirement increases then different branch also came into role. Many student even don't know about many branch. And many college does not take admission in these new branch so student doesn't think about these branch. Chemical engineering (CE) is quite old then agricultural engineering(AE)so student know about CE but many still don't know about AE they know only biology student can do this so they don't think about this branch but n
